Mark brought his Roush Nightmare 5.4L 3V supercharged truck over for a dynotune and pulley swap.

Stock the truck pulled 350RWHP and 391RWTQ (torque is lower due to run being started later). In stock form it can be hard to get a good dyno run due to the speed limiter at 100MPH, this one was done in 2nd gear.

With a tune and pulley swap the truck picked up about 2-2.5psi of boost and made 376RWHP and 475RWTQ, the gains under the curve where very good. Sometimes these truck will make near 400RWHP but we did not want to get too aggressive as this truck has had a pinging problem ever since it was updated by Roush, after some further investigation I advised mark to go with a 180* thermostat and colder one piece plugs like the Brisks.

The stock pulley on these trucks is about 3.15" and we installed a 2.8" pulley. The stock belt and stock idlers were able to accommodate this upper pulley change.
