need a MAF... question

My turbo kit should be here in June and I'm going to need a 90 mm SCT MAF. I'll be using 39lb. injectors from an 03 Cobra... does the MAF itself need to be calibrated for the different injectors before I get it or is that something that can be changed through the ECU? (I have an X-Cal 2)

That is done in the tune.
