Downloading a tune

I'm having trouble getting my Dell desktop to recognize my Xcal2. I have all the appropriate drivers downloaded from the SCT website, and still nada. I can see the link establish in my Device manager, I get tone conformation from both the Xcal2 and the desktop. Tried different USB ports ..again nothing.

Make sure your software is picking the correct port number .. My laptop uses USB / SERIAL PORT 4 .. my desktop uses PORT 3

If the device is working properly in device manager then you are ready to use live load to put the file on the x2.

Got it .. I didn't download "Liveload" the first time .. found it and ran it .. worked perfectly.
BTW, thanks for all the help Justin .. you guys are the best.
