Having trouble with my key from sct>>

Hi i'm writing because i bought a pro-racer and sent the code for the key to sct and they asked me what was the code on top of the disk,i sent them the code and the reply was that it was registered to another racer, i need help with this because i can't run the program and i can't use my car. any help will be appreciated. thanks.
