Andy has an intake, catback, and 2.8 upper pulley. You can see what no tune does to one of these cars when you pulley it, the a/f is very lean, costing a significant amount of HP and TQ. At high RPMs the cat temp model kicks in and dumps fuel, bringing it into the 10s. Extremes on both ends.
My custom tune takes care of this, the a/f is now 11.8-12.0 across the board.
The 3 mods listed above + a tune are some of the simplest and most cost effective mods you can do to an 03-04 cobra. If Andy wanted more power I would recomend a ported blower and new tune, this will bring the car up to the 490-510rwhp range. An SCT maf or mafia extender is also necessary at this point, as the stock maf will peg with the additonal airflow from the ported blower. At this point a new H or X pipe with high flow cats, or no cats at all would be a decent mod. If the ported stock blower is not enough a KB or whipple is always an option, 600rwhp is possible with fuel system mods.
