Fuel system?

I am getting the engine built on my 2000 v6 stang. I will have twin evo III 16g turbos with a 4.2 stroked forged engine and ported heads and intakes. What size fuel injectors should I use? 42s, 52s, 60s? Do I need a new MAF? What fuel pump would work best with my setup? I'm pretty new to all this stuff so... HELP!
Can I tune the fuel system w/o an xcal2?
