I am considering doing another dynotune day in Houston, TX, we did one last year and it went well.

What are everyone's thoughts for a date? I am thinking between the 2nd weekend of December and christmas.

Pricing for new customers who will also be buying hardware:
NA X-Cal2 $470.00
FI X-Cal2 $520.00
NA 6600 Multi-Prog Chip $375.00
FI 6600 Multi-Prog Chip $425.00

Pricing for previous VMP customers who already have hardware:
NA Previous customer $200.00
FI Previous customer $250.00

Pricing for non-previous VMP customers who already have hardware:
NA Non-Previous customer $250.00
FI Non-Previous customer $300.00

FI=forced induction, NA=naturally aspirated. Nitrous cars fall into the FI pricing category and tunes for NA and N2O are included in that price.

We will have one of the local organizers rent a shop's dyno for the day, it usually ends up costing about $75-$100 per car for dynotime.

If you have an X1, 9100, or SCT chip I can upgrade you to an x-cal2 for a fee, email me for pricing.

We would do this on a Saturday, and Sunday too if there are enough cars. Last time we used the dynojet at Slaters, I will get one of the TX guys to post and give us a better idea of where that is at.

We need 7-10 cars for 1 day of tuning (sat), and 12-16 cars for 2 days of tuning (sat and sun).

hey, I all ready have an xcal 2 from you, would this benefit me any if I haven't altered the car any more than what you set the tunes for?

I may be able to get a few HP out of it but no promises, now if you had heads/cam or a blower it would be a different story.

I am thinking that we push this out to sometime around the end of January. I don't think I will have much time for the rest of the year, and I know many others get busy with the holidays.

Hi Guys, this is an old thread.

I am going around to most of the Fun Ford Weekend events with the dyno (www.funfordevents.com (http://vmptuning.com/forum/www.funfordevents.com)) I plan to be at the Houston, TX Fun Ford event on Friday April 28th, Saturday the 29th, and Sunday the 30th.

If you are interested in scheduling a dynotune let me know. Prices range from $200-$400 if you already have an SCT chip or flasher. And $500-$625 with an SCT X-cal2 handheld USB flasher/datalogger/code reader. This includes time on the dyno as well (I am able to combine the dyno fee and tuning fee since I own the dyno too). If you have an SCT chip or x-cal1 then I can upgrade you to the latest X-cal2 for a small fee.
If you are just looking for dyno runs at the event they are $40 for 2 pulls/runs with A/F.
