5.0 tuning?

I have an 89' mustang with a 306 and pretty much every bolt on there is. My question is can VMP custom burn a chip for these cars and are they a good tune? I have been looking a getting a dyno tune but there is nowhere within like 2 or 3 hundred miles that can do that. also what kinds of gains would I get? thanks in advance.

I will only tune the older EEC-4 cars on the dyno, due to all the variability.
