Todd's 05 Mustang GT A5 has the Saleen SC kit with a 3.2" pulley (makes approx 11.5psi). 39lb injectors, GT500 TB, C&L racer inlet tube with 90MM MAF, GT500 pumps, catted X pipe, and 4.10 gears.
The GT500 pumps supply more than enough fuel for the setup. With an auto car the stock converter likes to start slipping above 400RWHP. Todd's slippage is noticeable, and probably causes some loss of power up top. The 4.10 gears do not help either when trying to show a good dyno #. If this car was a manual with stock gears it would make even more. The 90L maf is almost pegged.
Overall the car makes 20-30 more RWHP and 20-30 more RWTQ throughout the curve, compared to the 3.6" pulley cars (like his wife's).
