I met Michael at least years 2007 Shelby meet. He had just received a mail order JLT intake and tune package from another vendor. His car made 438RWHP stock then backed it up with 421RWHP hot on the second stock run. He then swapped on the parts and made 495RWHP then backed it up with 490RWHP. We weren't really happy with the numbers.
I emailed him some of my mail order tunes to try out.
Fast forward to 2008, he was planning to take the trip down from Atlanta again and wanted to dyno the car with the new mail order tune. I sent him a few more mail order tunes to try.
We got the car up on the dyno at the 2008 shelby meet and it pulled 520RWHP SAE. I was totally shocked. We took a lunch break and let it cool down, it then made 525RWHP. Once again, shocked. This was a straight up VMP mail order tune, I did not even tweak the A/F because it was just right to begin with.
Michael's car has over 10,000 miles, so its definitely well broken in.
