A local dealership had me tune this car for them. Its an 06 Mustang GT Manual Roush Stage 2 with a non-intercooled whipple supercharger kit added to it. I had the service department relocate the IAT sensor to after the blower. We saw roughly a 50-60* rise in air temp during a pull from 1000 to 6500rpm.

I was totally blown away by the power from a non-intercooled kit with a 3.875" pulley. It made more than I expected. The 3.875" pulley makes a little more boost on the non-ICed kit than it does on the ICed kit, because of the removal of the slight intercooler restriction and the hotter air (cooling the air actually reduces boost slightly).

I ran it with the very conservative mail order ford racing tune and it made less power and less boost. There is nothing wrong with the ford racing tune, it just has to be designed that way because they have no idea where it is going. The FRPP tune actually limits throttle angle to limit boost, and give the fuel system more headroom (since the non-IC kit keeps the stock fuel pump).
