One of the forum members had a heck of a time getting another vendor's pulley to go onto his stock GT500 blower, after 3 tries, he just about gave up.
A pulley install should not be that difficult, I offered to send him one of my pulley packages to try out.
He was able to install it at home very easily, without the troubles he had with the other pullies.

The power gains from swapping out the pulley are very good and not worth missing out on. My stock-look pulley is precision machined to OEM specs for easy installation, it is designed to fit the stock and TVS blowers.
