To remove the pulley, set the tool up this way with the smooth pin installed in the end of the large bolt and two greased washers placed at the end of the bolt, make sure the washers cover all the threads of the alignment pin that goes into the blower's shaft.

To install the pulley, set the tool up this way, with the full threaded M8 set screw installed in the end of the large bolt, along with the nut, washer/bearing/washer.
