Over the holiday I had some time to put the car on the dyno on a cool day and made a TON of power...

A year ago I would have never thought this possible without getting into the motor, but I have done it on a stock engine with stock compression and stock cams. Real SAE dynojet numbers, no correction factor games.

The two biggest differences that made this possible...

All the inlet R&D that I have been working on this year paid off, the new cast aluminum D-port "big" elbow flows a ton of air coupled with the new dual 72MM TB.

And then, with the help of Dynatech, I finally "broke down" and put their LTs on the car. The 1 7/8" Dynatech headers with cats and stock mufflers really aren't loud at all, I think stock cats and KR mufflers are probably pretty similar in noise level. The above test was done with stock catback hooked up, and then disconnected, to try and determine whether a 3" catback upgrade is worth it. Apparently, it is, only if I want to make an extra 6rwhp.

When it was all said and done, these two mods really complemented each other, get the air in, and then get it out, I should have done LTs a long time ago.

This is pump gas only 18psi, upper and lower pulleys.

Justin, just wanted to clarify that you used the dynatech 1 7/8 LT with Dynatechs Highflow cats and the 3 inch X necking down to the stock 2010 2.5 midpipes.

Thanks

Greg
