Default New VMP 2.59" Stock Look Pulley for stock & TVS blowers

I have re-designed our stock look pulley to make it the smallest in the industry at 2.59". It properly fits the Stock M122 GT500 blower and has the extra clearances necessary to fit the 2.3L TVS, allowing an easy upgrade path for those that choose the Ford Racing TVS at a later date.

Our new pulley groove technology allows us to cut grooves on the fly with no special tooling, while making our pulleys smaller AND stronger than ever. The new pulley has the same strength and cross sectional area as our old 2.65" pulley, but is 60 thou smaller in diameter for 400 more blower RPM.

The pulley is a one piece steel design with a black powdercoat finish and precision machined bore, just like the OE pulleys. The precision machined bore is very important as it allows the pulley to be pressed on at room temp without heating. The bores are held to 5 tenths tolerance (.0005) and each one is checked with a go/no go gauge.

VMP's ultimate pulley removal and installation tool makes the pulley swap very easy: http://www.vmptuning.com/store/index...=338&parent=88

The pulley is available by itself:

Or with a 90mm idler: http://www.vmptuning.com/store/index...281&parent=104

Our 90mm idler replaces the stock 75mm idler under the IC fluid transfer tubes, it takes up belt slack and improves wrap while still looking very stealthy.

Our 90mm aluminum idler pulley uses a single heavy duty bearing that is the same brand and size as the OE bearing. When proper size & quality bearings are used only a single bearing is necessary.

A different tune is not required as the PCM is capable of automatically accounting for differences in airflow as measured by the MAF.

Hi Justin, I just bought your 2.59 pulley and 90mm idler. I got a stock TVS kit on my 07 GT500 with the stock pulley. I can change to the 2.59 pulley WITHOUT a new custom tune? The Ford Pro-Cal tune is fine with the 4#'s of boost? I bolted on the L&M 66mm TB and elbow/plenum the other night and felt the increase in HP for sure driving it. I was going to take the car to DaSilva Racing over here to change the pulley and SCT tune my car for 94 Oct gas. I got the Reishe 170 stat and the Shelby dual/puller H/E to go on as well. What HP will I be running with this set up and what would a custom dyno tune get me?

Thanks a lot for your time....

Rick

I have not tested that combo with the stock TVS tune. I am not familiar with that tuner so I'm not sure how much the car would make.

I would expect the car to make 630-650RWHP with my tune and those mods.
