Default 90LMAF adjustable?

I've read where people say the Lightning 90 MAF is calibrated to work with 42# injectors. And that the 90LMAF can be adjusted - aparently for other injectors. If so, how? I thought this was all taken care of in the tune with a reprogramming and the 90LMAF is a non-changable voltage output sensor.

It's all in the tuning of the PCM.
