The Mustang Shelby GT500 is the most powerful production Mustang Ford has ever
produced. The GT500 has an amazing amount of potential waiting to be unlocked.
With a safe 93 octane tune we picked up 60RWHP and 40RWTQ! Stock the GT500 will
dyno at 420-440RWHP and 440RWTQ SAE corrected on an industry standard Dynojet.
With a 15% drivetrain loss that is 500-520HP at the crank. We have spent countless
hours perfecting our GT500 tunes on our own test vehicle and have used them
on hundreds of customers cars.
Dyno results for our 93 octane tune: At 2000 RPM our tune
increase TQ by 77 FT/LBS. That is real power that you will feel on the street
or track.
Each Custom Shelby X3 comes shipped from VMP with up to 3 tunes:
1 - 93-92 Octane Performance, 55-60RWHP gain
2 - 91 Octane Performance, 50-55RWHP gain
2 - 100 Octane Race Fuel 55-75RWHP gain and less power loss when heat soaked
If you have special octane requirements let us know and we can create a tune
for you. We have shipped our tunes all over the world and are familiar with
the fuels available in Europe and other regions.
All of our tunes are safe to use at any alititude or air temperature. The Ford
computer system automatically compensates for this. Winter/summer tunes are
not needed when a vehicle is tuned properly. Our tunes are 100% safe and not
overly agressive or lean, they will not damage the engine when the proper octane
fuel is used.
The SCT flasher is warranty friendly. The flasher saves your stock tune the
first time you use it. You are able to flash the vehicle back to stock at any
time. There is no way for the dealer to know that the vehicle was flashed.

Each flasher comes loaded with user adjustable options. You are able to change parameters such as tire size and rear end gear ratio yourself.
The SCT flasher is fully reprogrammable, new tunes can be emailed as you modify the vehicle.
